Terms applying to the whole of the toolsexcel.com site and to every add-in sold.

1. Site publisher

The Tools Excel site is published by Outils Excel, based in Paris (75000), France. Responsible for publication: contact@outilsexcel.fr.

2. Seller and merchant of record

Orders placed from this site are processed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record (merchant of record). On that basis, Stripe concludes the sale with the customer, issues and sends the corresponding invoice, collects and remits the VAT and taxes applicable in the customer's country, and provides support relating to the transaction (payment, invoicing, disputes). The DossiersLocaux add-in, its licence of use and functional support remain supplied by Tools Excel.

3. Hosting

This site is hosted in France / Europe on highly secure cloud infrastructure.

4. Copyright & intellectual property

The Excel add-in, the VBA source code and all the content of the site are protected by copyright. Unauthorised commercial redistribution of the .xlsm file is strictly forbidden.

5. Terms of sale

The product is a digital file downloadable immediately after payment. The sale is concluded with Stripe, merchant of record, which draws up and sends the invoice to the customer. Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your agreement.

6. 30-day “satisfied or refunded” commercial guarantee

Independently of the legal framework set out above, we voluntarily grant a 30-day money-back commercial guarantee on the DossiersLocaux XLSM add-in. Any request sent to contact@outilsexcel.fr within 30 calendar days of the purchase date gives rise to a full refund of the price paid, with no justification to provide. The refund is made by Stripe, merchant of record for the transaction, to the original means of payment, within 14 days of the request. This guarantee applies per customer and does not cover services already performed.

7. Services

The add-in includes 5 minutes of phone support for setting it up, the slot being agreed by e-mail after purchase. As that support is offered with the add-in, using it is no bar to the 30-day money-back guarantee. Bespoke ribbon development (from €500 incl. VAT) is the subject of a prior quotation setting out the scope, the timescale and the payment terms; it is only begun once that quotation has been accepted in writing.

8. Personal data & GDPR

Your payment and billing information is collected and processed by Stripe in its capacity as merchant of record, which is the data controller for it. We store no card number on our servers. Outils Excel keeps only the data needed to deliver the add-in and to provide support: your e-mail address, your name and your order reference.
